NEWS FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Treasurer Robert Naylor has secured our tax ID number.  Our Articles of Incorporation are finished and approved by the board.  The next step is to apply for our non-profit status.

We have received very helpful information from the Association of Concert Bands regarding the by-laws, and have read over the by-laws of many other community bands that will serve as a guide.

The first CCCB Secret Summit Meeting was held in an undisclosed location (actually at Colton’s over dinner), and we are pleased to announce the formation of the CCCB Board of Directors:
